What happened
CashCowCoin was exploited on BNB Chain on 27 August 2026. The focal transaction repeatedly combined the token burn and reserve-sync paths, draining liquidity from the CCC pool.
Technical root cause
Token burn and reserve synchronization logic allowed the pool reserves to be reset repeatedly.
How it happened
- The attacker used the CCC token mechanics to alter pool reserves, then synchronized the pool state between repetitions.
- The report attributes the resulting drain to repeated burn and sync reserve resets.
