Spectral Labs Hack
What happened
On December 1, 2024, a vulnerability in Spectral Syntax’s bonding curve contracts was exploited, leading to the removal of ~$200K in liquidity.
The attack targeted specific tokens on Syntax’s bonding curve contracts, allowing the attacker to manipulate liquidity withdrawal mechanisms and drain approximately $200K. The root cause of the exploit is currently under investigation in collaboration with leading security experts, and platform updates will be implemented to prevent future vulnerabilities.
