Gamdom Hack

Reported loss $4.2M
Access Control

What happened

On October 13, 2026, crypto gambling platform Gamdom suffered a multi-chain hot wallet compromise resulting in an estimated $4.208 million stolen ($3.0M+ self-reported) across EVM chains, Solana, Bitcoin, and TRON. The breach stemmed from an unauthorized server connection originally flagged as a hardware disk issue.

The incident originated when platform monitoring flagged a suspected server disk failure approximately 24 hours prior to the breach. During hardware diagnostics, an unauthorized connection was discovered on an automated backend server responsible for hot wallet withdrawal signing, enabling the attacker to initiate unauthorized transfers. On-chain analysis indicates $2.2 million was drained across EVM networks (Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism), $965,000 from Solana, $668,000 from Bitcoin, and $375,000 from TRON.

Stolen assets were routed through cross-chain bridges and decentralized exchanges, including THORChain and Hyperliquid. Gamdom halted hot wallet withdrawals, secured remaining funds in cold storage, and initiated platform auditing before resuming services.
