Incident Overview
DKP Token was exploited for 79,233 $USD. The token price dropped by more than 54% but then recovered.
DKP is a BEP20 token trading in PancakeSwap. The token-related contract was exploited, which allowed the attacker to receive 17,029 $DKP tokens. A malicious smart contract with unverified source code was used to hack the project's contract.
The received amount was exchanged for 79,233 $USD and then transferred through TornadoCash. The token price dropped 54% at the moment of the incident, but after a short period of time was recovered, with the help of liquidity providers.
